Representative IS-based transposition units
An IS-based transposition unit typically harbors an IS element together with the captured genes or genetic elements at its downstream end. Instead of the single IS element moving, the IS-based transposition unit is mobilized as one complete unit, which is bordered by IRL/IRR.
